The Council to Advance Hunting and the Shooting Sports will be using the Whova Event Platform for the 2023 National R3 Symposium. The platform will allow us to track participation, ensure sponsors are properly recognized and serve as our payment portal.

To streamline the sponsors’ and exhibitors’ registration process, we will be using the Exhibitor portal for payment. Here are a few things you should know as you navigate your pay through the payment process:

1. Once you click the orange “PAY BY CHECK BUTTON” you will be taken to the Whova registration page.
2. Select your Sponsor or Exhibitor tier (Level) and enter the Discount Code: PAYBYCHECK and click “Apply”.
3. Click “Next” to be directed to the Sponsor Information page.
4. Fill out the requested information. Required fields are noted with a red asterisk.
5. Click “Next” to continue to the “Payment Information” page.
6. Complete the required information and click “Register” and you will be directed to the confirmation page. You will receive an email confirmation for your registration and a discount code for your remaining complimentary registrations (the contact listed in the sponsor registration process will automatically be registered for the conference).

Once we receive your registration, we will generate an invoice and email it to you.
