Council Announces Call for Abstracts for the 2024 National R3 Symposium

Call for National R3 Symposium Speaker AbstractsWASHINGTON, D.C. – The Council to Advance Hunting and the Shooting Sports (Council) is delighted to open the speaker abstract proposal portal for the highly anticipated 2024 National R3 Symposium, scheduled to take place from May 29 to June 1, 2024, in Mobile, Alabama.

Recognized as the foremost Recruitment, Retention, Reactivation (R3) event, the Symposium serves as a crucial gathering for stakeholders, including state and federal agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), academic institutions, and representatives from the hunting, shooting sports, fishing, wildlife conservation, and outdoor industries. Attendees converge to gain insights from experts and leaders in the field, sharing the latest national R3 efforts.

The 2024 Symposium agenda promises exceptional sessions, relevant breakout discussions, valuable networking opportunities, and exhibitors showcasing resources and information about their programs.

All interested parties are invited to submit their proposals online, with the deadline set for Monday, March 4, 2024, at 12 p.m. (EST). To submit a proposal or learn more about the process, please visit the speaker submission page on our official website.

In its third consecutive year, R3minutes is set to illuminate the year’s highlights as R3 professionals engage in a lighthearted competition. The submission form is now open for individuals to throw their name in the hat and vie for the prestigious title of the 2024 R3minutes Champion. Abstracts for consideration must be submitted by April 30, 2024.
