2025 National R3 Symposium Registration

Attendee Registration for the 2025 National R3 Symposium, May 19-22, 2025, at the Westin Portland Harborview in Portland, Maine opens February 14, 2025. Early-Bird rates are available until March 14.

Registration rates are as follows:

Attendee Ticket
$500 (Early-Bird by March 14)
$550 (After March 14)

Includes access to all sessions, networking socials, events and meals provided during the conference.

Guest Ticket
$150 (Early-Bird by March 14)
$175 (After March 14)

Includes access to networking socials, events and meals provided during the conference.

The May 19, 2025 Foundational R3 Training and May 22, 2025 Partner with a Payer activity are included at no additional cost, however, space is limited. Be sure to select the appropriate add-ons during the registration process.

Method of Payment: Check or credit card may be used to pay for event registration. If you are paying by check, make payable to “Council to Advance Hunting and the Shooting Sports” and mail to: 4700 Falls of Neuse Road, Raleigh, NC 27609.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel by March 31, you will be issued a full refund less a $50 administrative fee. After April 15, you will not receive a refund, but substitutions will be allowed. All change requests must be submitted to Amanda Pitman at the Council to Advance Hunting and the Shooting Sports at (210) 379-2166 or by email, [email protected].
