Please complete the following speaker submission form for Council consideration. Presenters will be selected from the registered attendees list and will be notified of their selection. Abstracts should include a clear and brief statement of the purpose of the project, the methods employed, findings/results, and the conclusions/recommendations.

General Guidelines

The following guidelines apply to all submissions, including main stage sessions and breakout sessions:

  • Selected speakers will be assigned a timeslot based on the content of their proposed presentation and relevance to session themes.
  • Selected speakers will have 15-20 minutes to present, depending on the number of presentations selected.
  • Selected speakers will be expected to cover their own event registration fees and travel and lodging expenses.

Eligibility

Recruitment, Retention, Reactivation (R3) professionals and representatives from state and federal agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGO), academic institutions, and hunting, shooting sports, fishing, wildlife conservation and outdoor industries are eligible to submit a proposal for consideration to speak at the National R3 Symposium.

Deadline

The submission form will go live on Monday, December 2, 2024. All submissions and proposals must be completed online no later than Friday, January 31, 2025 at 12 p.m. (EST). To avoid technical problems, early submission is strongly encouraged.
